My Experience with Shoe Metro:
I needed a fashionable pair of boots for the “El Nino” rainy season. Not rubber rain boots, but boots I could wear out in bad weather and still look put together. Here, I found a pair of Mark Fisher leather booties. Regular price $159, here $25. Perfect for all different weather types with a cool Military edge, rubber sole, leather upper and 2” stacked heel. After checking sizing, I bought them.

They show’d up within 3 days, fit perfectly and were well crafted. But even though they had a side zipper, I pulled on the laces and a grommet popped out. I immediately called in to see if I could get another pair. Of course…. But, they were sold out in my size. I was so disappointed. But the guy on the other end of the phone decided to give me the shoes. I couldn’t believe it. So,  I took them to a shoe repair and paid only $6 to have the grommet fixed. And yes I also got a full refund! Unbelievable!

That’s what I call standing behind your product! I will now shop them first.

Great savings at a well run business. YAY!
