Over Spending?
Most of us are guilty at some point of buying something we didn’t really need. With the economy still teetering, overspending on unnecessary objects can come back and bite you.
How many ways can you rationalize overspending?
1. I have always wanted one.
2. I just made some extra money.
3. I deserve it.
4. I used a coupon.
5. It was a real bargain.
Though BargainsLA.com is all about saving money and getting a great deal, be careful you don’t fall into the trap of buying something you don’t need or wont use just because you can get a deal on it. When you’re shopping, if you find a deal on something that is not a necessity, ask yourself several questions before you buy:
1, Will this purchase risk your savings or bottom line at the end of the month?
-If it does, don’t buy it
2. Will this purchase add to your quality of life?
- All purchase should make your life better.
3. Does this purchase fill a void in your wardrobe, kitchen, home or lifestyle that NEEDS to be filled?
-If it doesn’t, don’t buy it.
4. Do you absolutely LOVE LOVE…. LOVE the item?
- If it fills a need, is useful and doesn’t hurt your bottom line, go for it.
The era of extravagance has passed away. The era of smart, quality purchases that are within your budget is back.
