Oh boo hoo… a local men’s store is going out of biz.

Normally I’d just tell you the sales info and send ya shopping. But the truth is, for me this is a neighborhood store and the guys that operate it are really sweet. I am really sorry to see them close. They don’t know me from BargainsLA… just as a neighborhood mom.

Here’s the sales scoop.

Kimmell Meehan sells men’s sportswear and suits with labels like Tommy Bahama, Hickey Freeman, Joseph Abboud, Donald Pliner, Reyn Spooner, Nat Nast and more.  The entire store is now priced at 30%-70% off with average savings of 40%.

Men’s suits that were $350-$1400 are now $239-$889. Sport coats are now $156-$446 instead of $225-$845.  Dress slacks are 2 for $189. Camel hair sports jacket is $179 instead of $385.

Guys take your wives or girlfriends with you and then go out to eat at the fabulous array of good restaurants nearby. If you go on Sunday before 2pm there is a Farmers Market on Honolulu that is really fun and full of tasty morsels complete with live music, pony rides and farmer fresh produce.
