Bargain Theater for Theatrical Snobs

If you’re a theatrical snob or if you haven’t seen any really good theater lately, you’ve got to see Nevermore. This last weekend hubby and I went to the one-man performance of Nevermore with Jeffrey Combs at the Steve Allen Theater. What a fabulous surprise! All I can say is….

Wow! 

In his 90 minute one act play, Jeffrey Combs, literally channels the persona of poet and American icon Edgar Allan Poe. This veteran actor with numerous credits under his belt, taps into Edgar Allen Poe’s personal conflicts, tragedies and triumphs, opinions and humor in the most engaging, mesmerizing, outstanding performance I have seen in ages.

Perfect Halloween entertainment. But, act fast, as the show is selling out.
