Though age has gifts like knowledge and grace, it does nothing for the way you look. This year with budgets a little tighter and my need to buy skin care products a little greater, I had to find ways to try new products without breaking the bank.

I cruise through Ebay had me finding Lancome, Murad, Dr Perricone and others at 25%-50% less at reputable dealers. Even if the bids went higher and I added in shipping, I would save a least 20% plus gas and time.

But when you’re dealing with skin care products you can only buy from people on Ebay that have made that their focus, are volume sellers consistently selling the product.

This month I bought Murad’s Night Reform with Glycolic acid for $20 including shipping. I also picked up some sample (3 samples) tubes of Lancome Primordiale Skin Recharge at $22. 2-Lancome Renergie eye cream at $19.99 and 3 gift sized mascaras for $9. I bought from the same vendor so I was able to combine shipping.

This isn’t fool proof, but after two years of only buying product when it was “in gift”. I have too many of the same eye shadows and things I don’t really need. This way I can try in small quantities at a lower than retail price

If you’re uncomfortable buying this kind of stuff on Ebay, you can also find some deals at Saks Fifth Off Outlets. They have deals on Estee Lauder, Clinic and a few others. So if you’re near Camarillo or Ontario I’d stop in.
