Massage Therapy
The last three months of the year are always a whopper for me. The flurry of sample and warehouse sales coming into my inbox, the bargain alerts, the postings… By the time it comes to Holiday cheer I am exhausted.
This year however had a lot of extras thrown in. We moved, threw a Holiday party, moved a 30’ truck full of furniture up from our storage unit and are working on a new website while keeping up the old. It’s no wonder the muscles in my back are tight and sore, my neck is outta whack and I am not sleeping well. Basically I am a mess.
I am not one for enduring long term pain, but I also have been put on a much tighter budget so making financial room for a massage is difficult. A web search turned up The California Healing Arts College.
Founded in 1988, The California Healing Arts College is listed in “Massage for Dummies” as one of the top 10 Massage Therapy schools in the United States. They are an accredited member of ACCSCT.
Honestly it’s may not the best massage in town but for a mere $35, for a full hour massage, this no-frills massage therapy school offers more rub for your buck. Another Google search turned up a bunch of happy massage clients who swear by the school.
Now I just need to open some time and get my butt over there.
