FR Industries Fun

After researching a new hot bargain spot in Downtown LA on Thursday, I headed to the first day of the FR Industries million-dollar Expo Liquidation Sale.

Expos sudden closing left FR Industries with over a million dollars in back stock. So she’s liquidating it all to the public at 65%-80% off Expos liquidation prices.

During FR’s last sale I bought a couple of sets of Dupoini Silk Curtain Panels. All thru the Holidays I felt as if I should have bought another set as back up. Here was my chance to load up again on high-end curtains for a pittance, which I gleefully did.�  I bought two more panels for $30 each instead of Expo liquidation price of $105. Original retail�  was $146+.

Those of you who had gone to FR’s sales before have seen the guy selling clothes. Well he brought some in for this sale too and this time, I went a little bonkers.

He had a ton of Lapis and Alberto Makali samples in small and medium. I totally scored on a Lapis jersey knit evening dress for $20 ($110 retail @ Nordstroms) It’s�  perfect little black dress for any occasion. I also picked up a Lapis sweater coats for $30 instead of $120.�  A totally necessary expense since the home office has no heating vent and the “blanket look” was getting a little old.

Drove home in nasty weather complete with nasty traffic. But in my new sweater coat , I curled up in a chair next to the fireplace and enjoyed the rainy night in. Sweet!
