I walk around all day as a pharmaceutical rep for work and these things can take that hike. The difference is these shoes are cute! I have 2 pairs of the pumps in patent black and beige, and a couple wedges. The cushion is the similar to a pillow top on a mattress, it seriously cushions the foot! 5 star!
