I cracked my radiator when I hit the tire and have to replace it. Did I mention that I replaced the radiator before we went to Yosemite... just three weeks before! OY. I've got the coolest car guy, so he gave me a $ break. I totally zoned today unable to work more than a few hours. I think I am overdone.. so I did the only shopping I could afford.... Thrift. Got speeding ticket going down the topanga hill at 61 and not 45. The police was at the bottom - looks like a setup. Bec. I changed to iphone - my 1st bill will be $252. My m.benz check up showed i messesd up the brakes - my damage is $1000. Its been bad but we will just have to get thru this. You're right, shopping would help some...but I can't really afford now to go on a shopping spree... I have a new car to buy and it looks like I may have damaged the other car more than I thought. A new leak has popped up. But fear not. I always get one really good selfish shopping spree in in the Fall. Its a tradition. This one may be later in the season than normal. Plus I have been eating more ice cream these last couple days (comfort food) and should cut it out before I buy any new clothes. S. I am running the gamut of reactions from being very pissed off to laughing at the whole thing.
