Yep it true! 

This warehouse is huge and with thousands of bolts of fabrics, organized in colors and types of fabric in over 18000 sq feet of warehouse space. All the fabrics (except for end of bolt or remnants, which are even less!) are priced at $9.99, $12.99. $16.99 or $19.99 a yard. Retail values on these are $20-$80 a yard.

Run, don’t walk to this hot outlet store. Savvy shoppers save 50%-75% on shoes for the whole family by UGGs, Simple, Teva, Tsubo and Mozo.

They carry what the folks at Deckers calls “Grade B” shoes, aka…cosmetically flawed. The dye lot was off, the stitching was the wrong color etc… nothing that would effect the use. The flaws were so insignificant that I could only find one shoe out of hundreds with any visible flaw and it had to be pointed out to me by the sales staff. Really…
But be forewarned…. The turnover is fast and furious with Ebay resellers buying shoes & boots here by the dozen.
