Every year we research dozens of new stores, outlets and discounters. Out of these we pick the top ten new sources for each year. We look at the quality of product sold, the percentages of savings, the presentation and customer service and lastly how rare it is to see that product discounted.

This new on the scene outlet is housed is a warehouse across the street from Costco, you’ll find savings of 30%-60% off on over 60% of the store on sleeping bags, tents, outer wear, backpacks, duffels, camp stoves, clothing and more. The Outdoor Outlet
buys manufacturer closeouts in discontinued, overstock, refurbished, overproduction and blemished items that regular retailers won’t sell. But here they do and they do it for less.

Need furniture? If you have champagne taste on a beer budget, a visit to Westlake Village consignment shop, Consignment Warehouse is a must!  You’ll find some very upscale designer goods at savings of 25%-60%.
The pieces here were new, near new, used but in mint condition with some antiques pieces and some obviously used furnishings thrown in. Everything is fairly marked but a sharp eye and open mind is needed to find the best deals.

This is no frills warehouse with a decent sized try on room. This is not a salon. You won’t get the salon princess vibe here at all. Gorgeous gowns are crammed together hung on racks. Names like St Pucchi, Demetrius, Maggie Sottero, Alfred Angelo, Christina Wu, Jacquelin, Karelina Sposa, Mary’s and many more.

Savvy owner, Twyla Martin has a long history in the bridal business. Using her connections, she buys manufacturer and designer, samples, overstock, closeouts and end of season and passes the savings onto the consumer.

This genuine factory outlet sell factory overruns, discontinued and sample J Brand jeans at 50%-80% off. This is basic no frills shopping but the staff will do their best to help you out.
The pricing is easy. The center floor boxes are full of last season jeans priced at $50 each. Their famous, great fitting line of basic jeans are $70-$75 (retail $160-$220).
