Pottery Manufacturing and Distribution
Shopping a long time, tried & true bargain source isn’t easy in Southern California where most independent discounters from years past have closed up. Not so with Pottery Manufacturing and Distribution.
Since 1971 Pottery Manufacturing and Distributing has been making and selling Pottery at their 15,000sq ft showroom in an industrial area of Gardena. Not only do they manufacture red clay and glaze pieces in their factory in Baja Mexico; but they also import full containers of pottery from around the world. So the selection here is unbeatable.
At the showroom, which on its own is well priced at an average of 20%-35% below retail, they have a large rear yard with stacks of over production, remaining product, closeouts and seconds that they sell at an additional 30% off their original factory direct pricing.
Before you update your yard or patio, you’ll want to scope out the deals here first.
Here a 2’ tall clay planter was $128 instead of the retail of $165. A 1 ½ ‘ tall round glazed pot/ planter was $22. Retail would be around $40, the regular price if perfect here is $34. A large ceramic pot is $40 instead of $64 and some extremely large, terra cotta round pots … can plant a small tree in them, run $100-$115 instead of $140-$155. Pots come in as small as a 1” or up to 4’ in a host of colors, shapes and designs. I saw a few XL tree sized glazed pots up at $190 and some small 5” terra cotta pot at 85 cents.
But the real deal is in volume. Buy 3 of any one kind of pot/ planter and you get the 4th one free….. very cool! Buying a lot more than a mere 4, yep they work with you on that too.
If you need planters or pots, this should be on your must shop list.
